Terms of Service

By scheduling a service through **Alphamist detail**, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.0 Service Terms

All vehicle cleaning services are performed at the customer's own risk.

Customers are responsible for removing all personal items, money, devices, and any valuables from their vehicles before the service.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe location.

All vehicles will be cleaned and handled at the customer’s own risk, and the vehicle must be able to withstand typical cleaning procedures. This includes, but is not limited to:

Damage from power washing or air-blowing equipment (such as chips expanding).

Paint deterioration due to poor adhesion.

Windshield cracks caused by thermal stress (for example, when cold water is applied to hot glass, leading to further cracks or stress).

Scheduled service times are approximate. Due to factors such as travel time and traffic, the technician may arrive up to 20 minutes before or after the scheduled time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is enough space for the service to be completed. Technicians may only move the vehicle if the customer provides access to the keys.

Vehicles must be accessible at the scheduled time. Technicians will wait no longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled time before charging a No Show fee of 75% of the service cost.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to staffing issues, weather, equipment failure, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

We may refuse service at our discretion.

Service completion time is an estimate, as each vehicle's condition may require more or less time.

We reserve the right to reject any customer request for services not included in the original request.

We may charge additional fees for vehicles that require extra attention. Please refer to our fee schedule for details.

We may take photographs of your vehicle for internal purposes or marketing. However, your vehicle’s license plate or personal details will not be disclosed without your consent.

2.0 Payment Terms

When booking a service on our website, alphamistdetail.com, or over the phone, you will need to provide your credit card information to confirm your appointment.

The card provided will only be charged after the service is completed, though a temporary hold may be placed 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Payment processing is handled securely through **Stripe.com**.

For recurring services, charges will occur on day of first service.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, or No Show fees will be charged to the credit card on file. If we are unable to charge the default card, we will attempt to charge other cards listed in your account.

If charges are declined, they must be settled within 48 hours to avoid further fees. We will attempt to charge any additional cards on file if necessary.

Payments not completed within 30 days will result in a demand letter from our legal department. **Alphamist detail** reserves the right to cancel any future bookings if payment exceeds 30 days.

Interest will accrue starting from the 31st day. If payments are not made by this time, the debt will be sent to collections and reported to the major credit bureaus, which may incur additional fees.

3.0 Communication

You will receive SMS notifications during the service process, including confirmations, reminders, and updates about arrival or completion. Please note that these messages may incur charges from your mobile provider, and we are not responsible for any related costs.

We also reserve the right to contact you via phone or SMS if necessary before, during, or after your service.

4.0 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 12 hours of completion. You can reply to any email associated with the service or reach us directly at support@alphamistdetail.com. We encourage you to provide detailed feedback and any photos to help us address your concerns.

5.0 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and aim to serve as many customers as possible each day. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 18 hours before the appointment. For weather-related rescheduling, you may reschedule up to midnight prior to the appointment without penalty. note rescheduling might not always be available due to locations and staffing. Below are the fees for late cancellations and reschedules based on the service type:

For bookings

Canceling or rescheduling between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled time: $25 fee.

Canceling or rescheduling between 23 hours and the scheduled time: 75% of the service cost.

For memberships

You have 48 hours to attempt a reschedule, price is all inclusive with benefits of keeping your appointment locked.

6.0 No-Show Policy

If the technician arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to find, access, or work on your vehicle, or if contact cannot be made with you, and the technician waits for 10 minutes or more, the service will be considered a No Show. A fee of 75% of the total service cost will be charged. this does not apply to membership appointments. a no show will not be refunded

7.0 Rain Policy

We encourage you to proceed with your scheduled wash even if rain is forecasted. However, if it rains within 24 hours after the service, we will apply a 20% of the total service cost to your account. To receive the return, please reply to any email or text regarding your service within 24 hours, including photos showing that your vehicle was affected by rain.

Membership Rain Policy

In addition to previous 7.0, 24 hours before your appointment you can also request to skip for the request of 20% return. this does not apply to same day cancellations. considering we are out rain or shine. Total left on the charge is equal to our once a month/monthly maintenance detail. however extra benefits like windshield coatings applications prior to rain season will be removed ($250+ value) and can be purchased if you choose to. you will not lose your locked in date for maintenance details unless payments are stopped

8.0 Additional Fees

If your vehicle requires extra attention due to size or condition (e.g., excessive dirt or an oversize vehicle), additional fees may apply. Below are some examples of additional charges:

Pet hair: $15

Oversize Vehicle: $15

Extra Soap & Rinse: Starting at $10

Extra Vacuuming: Starting at $10
